Vetted bank customers should not be subject to harassment over credentials when adding another account. Beware the "Patricia ", she feels that she has the right to harass customers to prevent them from getting better savings interest rates by blocking every which way when trying to add an additional account. I've seen this bank change names many times in the last 40 years, I must say this santander bank has the worst representatives because they put their "feelings" above the patrons' rights. This is a recipe for an empty bank. Don't just take my review into account, look at all the negative reviews throughout the years. Yes, I agree that this bank DOES NOT deserve any star as well. Walk to a bank further away, you will save yourself from harassment and grief.

The manager is very rude and they don't care to keep you waiting even if you have an appointment. 0 stars. Sadly there aren't many bank branches in the immediate area, a good branch could do well

I love this bank.My wife and I have been banking here for years. The tellers are friendly and always helpful. Managers and office staff are great. We even transferred our mortgage with them from another Thanks to Diana and Pat.
