Went to the white horse branch today because of convience which I never go to due to bad customer service ! So this is exactly what happened today. I've been a member since 1988 from Yardville to citizens to investors ! I'm in their system forever. Went to cash a check from investors by my employer I have a debit card n ss n acct number. I asked to cash check n then deposit 90% if it I get asked by this stoic lady employee to show drivers license. Never been asked that in over 15 years. Strange. But it was never renewed due to the dmv mess n Covid ! I have 6 other forms of proof which I don't need cause I'm a member anyway. She asked me some of the same questions 3 times like I'm a random person from another bank trying to cash/deposit a check So I said miss u got to be kidding me with all this. The 33 branch never gives me any issues. I was a bit upset n she's says "yo chill out " I was shocked n her manager was right across from her I turned to the mgr and said miss are u kidding me. You allow your employees to yo n say chill out to customers let alone a member for 30 plus years. No one in building did nothing or apologized or said anything. Except the rude employee lady says I ain't got time for you and this !! Wow I gm needs n will be notified. This lady has not heard the last of this or me
