Edit: I was eating my strawberry slice cake, which the cashier wrongfully marked as "chocolate strawberry cake" (I don't know if prices are different for different slices of cakes, but whatever) and I was about a quarter done with the cake until I found an unusual black ball of insect in the middle of the cake. disgusting. Original Review: Friendly cashier, good atmosphere. The barista incorrectly made hot latte instead of iced which I ordered. During a busy time miscommunication occurs and I absolutely had no issues here. However, the barista decided it was a great idea to just move the hot drink into another cup and add some ice and bring it right back to me. Thats when I had an issue and when I called her out on her actions, she stared at me with theres nothing wrong with it look as if I was at fault. Another worker, this time the cashier, remade the drink but I saw him adding too much milk and he ended up not using about half of the espresso shot. Management, teach your workers how to do their job correctly and ethically. Id be embarrassed.
