John Mangelli is an amazing attorney. He helped us when we purchased our home as well when we refinanced. He knows the law and was able to save us $5,000 on closing costs. He is honest and most importantly not money greedy. He is the best attorney I ever met. Highly recommended!!!

I used Mr. Mangelli, to help with a Deed Transfer. Though still waiting for the county to record it, I was pleasantly surprised that he was moderately priced, quick responding, gave good unsolicited advice, and created the instruments needed with clear instructions as to how to proceed. Basically, that is what I look for in a professional and why I wrote this review. A good lawyer is hard to find.

I would like to thank John and his staff with my first time home buying experience. When it came to communication, John was very prompt with all of his emails and text messages which is very hard to find when dealing with a attorney. The closing went smoothly without any hiccups. His fees were very reasonable’s overall he did a great job and we would highly recommend him to everyone especially to those who are buying their first home. Thank you John 😀

Mr. Mangelli recently assisted me with the sale of my home. Despite several obstacles incurred we were able to resolve the issues expeditiously thanks to his knowledge, professionalism and dedication.
