To all the home owners if you wanna get your home design approved this is the guy that you can rely on because he brings experience ,solutions , hardwork and dedication to get your matters approved for plan examiner. The word excellence comes from Mr Gino and his staff. I was stuck with my old architect for almost a year half with his design not getting approved from the plan examiner but Mr Gino solved that matters in 3 weeks and I got approved from the plan examiner. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU MR GINO!!!

My family has been using Mr. Gino longo architect from college point for many years. Always excellent professional Knowledgeable service. Has saved my family a few times. Most memorable was when my brother bought a home in the middle of a legal intersection after buying the home he found out the city had the right of way they could knock down his home and put a road through the intersection Mr. Gino Longo was able to reverse this and save his home.Do I have to say more!!! This morning I had the pleasure of working with his son another brilliant Longo in the business thank you for your help today free of charge he answered my phone call and gave me an answer. Very helpful and courteous staff. These people went above and beyond to help us out in a very dire situation. They were very responsive every step of the way. Our society can use more of them. Hats off to GINO LONGO and his wonderful team.
