My grandmother have been going to Greater New York day care for years. She always looks forward to go play ma jang or ping pong with her friends she made through this center. Im just happy shes able to do more activities and moving around more frequently since joining. Ive stopped by a few times and everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Lisa for giving me a tour, loved the spacious gardening area in the back

March 21, 2019, my mom went to this non-profit organization for senior center as a visitor upon Activity Manager who is very experienced and responsible individual; however one of the new case manager named Wendy called me for her emergency pick-up upon her insurance-denied. Make me feeling uncomfortable and suspicious about how organized this place maybe. I talked to multiple managers about arranging a time for her pick-up, GM, Miss Xiao agreed to keep her till 3:00pm when I called a little after 2:00pm Miss Xiao has left for a day... From the Case Manager, General Manager to my personal experience as one of senior citizens family members, this nonprofit organization is not trustable. As one of the family members of the disabled elderly, this "treasure place" is a service organization with experienced, caring, healthy and effective management, serving the elderly and young people. It must be a place where the (family) family can feel at ease. I would like to share this personal experience. ,for reference only.
