I have used J&W for 4 years but this year it was the worst service I've ever gotten. 20 minutes were wasted because the associate kept on using bluetooth earphone which is known to generate poorer audio quality than not using earphones at all. Googlemeet wasn't working properly and I suggested and then set up a zoom meeting for us to save time, which he chose not to use. I had to contact the office reception whatsapp several times before he finally agreed to take the call on whatsapp. I had requested him to call me on whatsapp and not phone but he chose to place an international call directly to my phone (I'm located outside of the US and international calls are not cheap). When the appointment finally got going I kept being asked questions I had answered in my email to the associate and to reception, and answers I had given during the non-functioning googlemeet call (we had to resort to typing...can you believe it? it was so inefficient) and in the end I was told that I didn't need to file. Much ado about nothing. Not even an apology from the associate nor the office. I will not be using J&W again in the future.

I know by giving this 5 star review, it risks getting more people to flood their office lol. But they deserve all the praises! Diego and his assistant Sylvia are top notch. Please continue to bless people with your wisdom and service. Im definitely blessed to know their team.
