Let me evaluate this tax preparation company. In the beginning, I chose this tax preparation company because of a recommendation from a friend. Based on their trust in their friends, my parents did not compare other tax preparation companies around them, but the result was very disappointing. 1. This companys service quality is average. WeChat can answer questions but the recovery speed is not fast enough. 2. The service price of this company is much higher than that of its surrounding peers, almost 2-3 times the average price. A simple tax return fee is high and the service is average. 3. I hope everyone will learn more about surrounding companies and compare when filing taxes to avoid similar things happening.

I was originally told to file electronically, but in the end I was told that due to a system failure, I needed to send a check myself to file the tax return... It was because I was lazy and afraid of trouble that I came to you, but I ended up having to send a check myself... From my own experience, I am very dissatisfied and the store is very unprofessional.

My dad recommended this firm to me. He was absolutely right, LIG was the best! We asked for Olivia and she was very professional from the get go. I live in upstate New York so we communicated via emails. Olivia responded to my questions in timely manner. I gave her my paperwork on Friday and by Tuesday everything was processed and submitted. It was fast and very accurate, no errors like other companies. My husband and I were very satisfied and impressed!!! Now, we're waiting for our cha ching in our checking account!!! Thanks Olivia!!!
