I'm so disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for years despite better rates elsewhere. Last year I filed for an extension in person and paid a filing fee. Than brought forth all the documents a few days later. Apparently, they did not file because I only paid for extension and no payment was posted for the actual filing unbeknowst to me. I only found out this year WHEN I called them about the current year's tax. According to them they called me to let me know. But I did not receive any missed calls from them. I did not want to go back & forth so I just pretended that I believe them. I just feel like it is ridiculous that they just neglect my file for this long.. if I had known I would have promptly rectified this misunderstanding sooner so I don't accrue any interest for not filing my tax on time.

Very poor tax service. My company has no business and the IRS is chasing me for more than 9,000 yuan. I tried various excuses with Huanya, but nothing was resolved for a year or two. I changed to another accountant and received a reply from the tax bureau the next day, and everything was resolved. It is recommended that you find another accountant to help you check the taxes that Uniasia has already filed for you. They will miss even the simplest City taxes. If you get into trouble in the future, you will be fined.

Irresponsible and unprofessional Poor service attitude, sloppy work, and all the names are spelled wrong. They called me and asked me to solve it myself. Tax filing is a rigorous matter, and the losses caused by careless treatment of guests are irreversible. Everyone must be careful not to do it here.

Unethical business owners. They will add unnecessary charges to paperwork that doesn't even need to be submitted to the IRS (1095C). When confronted, they refused to refund. Scamming people these small charges is not only scummy, but illegal and unethical. I would give 0 stars if I could. If they don't check carefully, they will add fees to documents they don't need. The unscrupulous boss took advantage of the customer's negligence and believed that I was not the only one who was deceived. It is recommended that you file your taxes elsewhere.
