        I was here in the fall and couldnt have been a better experience. Now it seems they dont have enough people to do the work and everyone has been here over an hour.

        Queens store-Very good and fast. Floral Park store- My car was 3 days past inspection deadline. I was also going to get the $100 full synthetic oil change at same time. I've been using jiffy lube for 20 years. I got to Floral Park location at 3 PM and they wouldn't take me. They were too busy. I told them my inspection was already expired and I'm a decades long customer. No good. Had to find another place. I'm done with Jiffy Lube forever. There are other places that offer same services at same price. I thought drive in meant drive in. Apparently it means make an appointment. This store gets 1 star. I'm leaving past 4 star review because store on Northern Blvd in Jackson heights , Queens NY deserves it. However chain store store only as good as weakest link. I'll never use them again. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Oil change
