If I can give more than 5 stars I would!! Everyone, and I mean everyone at that office is amazing! Dr. Shapiro is awesome. I went to the office with an emergency, and a new patient. I was welcomed with open arms, and I appreciate them all so much!.. I found a great dentist with a great staff!!

My tooth bled excessively during the procedure. . The dentist worked on another patient while he was in my mouth. He fractured the root of the tooth next to the one he was working on. BEWARE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I went in for a simple cleaning and the woman chipped off the protective glue on the outside of my permanent retainer (most likely mistaking it for plaque) and in the process loosened it. I immediately felt the metal wire sticking my gums and could move the retainer up and down with my tongue (meaning it needs to be tightened). She refused to fix it for me and said it was like that when I came in, which is NOT the case. I wouldnt be able to just live my life if that was the case as it was extremely uncomfortable and I noticed it right away. I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed for $135.

Dr. Shapiro and his team show a deep commitment to not only dental excellence but also to the comfort and well-being of their patients. I wholeheartedly recommend this dentist to anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Dr. Shapiro has definitely earned a loyal patient in me.
