Let me start by saying Augustinus was a life saver!!! I usually do my taxes through TurboTax myself. Like so many others this year was different due to covid. With all the changes I just wasnâ€™t confident about doing it myself this year. I stopped in at my local Walmart and saw the Jackson Hewitt sign. I stopped over and asked some general questions just to get an idea of how things were going this year with the taxes. Augustinus was kind & patient throughout the exchange. With the tax date extension I took my time and thought it over I returned back to Jackson Hewitt and was so happy I did so. Augustinus was there with his Warm disposition ready to help me with my taxes. He took his time and walked me through the process. He answered any questions I had and I felt really safe and confident with my experience. I would recommend my local Jackson Hewitt to friends and family but specifically the agent I worked with. Augustinus customer service and great personality is truly what made it a great experience. Thanks!!!

For the last several years I have been a customer of Jackson Hewitt. Each of the representatives I have dealt with were always polite and respectful. They have fast service and even offer an advance you can receive in about an hour.

Covid consciousness set up. Staff wore masks, barrier in place. They even called me to schedule my appointment. Tax return was quick n easy be back next year!
