Very pleasant staff. I felt very welcomed and had all my questions answered. Melissa provided great service and was very knowledgeable about treating darker skin tones. For my first consultation and service, I left there feeling like I was in good hands with my skincare needs.

I was not impressed with results. Two weeks after I got injectables and the swelling subsided, I saw no difference at all. It looked like I didn't get any injectables at all. At this time I had a VIP membership, and money accumulated towards future services. However, given the fact that I was not thrilled with the results after injections and not thrilled about hearing front desk talk about me as I waited for numbing; I knew I wasn't going to return. However, when I asked to refund the money I accumulated through the VIP membership, I was told they do not give refunds and I could only use that money for their services or products. Meaning I lost money because I did not want to get additional services at this location nor did I want any of their products. This place is a BIG NO for me !

Amazing place! Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Sometimes when you come into a spa- its a little intimidating. You worry about being judged- you judge yourself because everyone in there is so beautiful. BUT- they make you feel welcome and part of the Hebe family from the moment you walk in the door. Thinking about checking it out? Def do it!
