        Invisible fence consultation was great after that its been all down hill. They came out installed the fence and couldnt bury it fully in the ground, came back a second time said it was all taken care of and its still not finished. I have called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, sent multiple texts and still no response.

        Have you found our collars yet? You don't follow up on our calls and we still have no collars and no solution. Please call us back. Thank you We mailed them as per your request since your employees were too busy to meet us in person. Since they were mailed a month ago, they should have arrived by now.

        They do not honor appointments, 2 out of three were changed last minute, I dont work from home so costly loss of time,without an apology. Very poor customer service so far, paid cash so no recourse for me. I f you use them do not pay in full till service is completed. Definitely do not pay cash for the small discount they will offer. Hopefully I dont have problems with fence. I will update.

        We had an issue with a transmitter previously installed by Invisible Fence of Mid-Hudson Valley. They fixed the problem and took care of the service call charge. The service was prompt and we were pleased with outcome.

        Had a great consultation, was ready to move forward with installation. Lost my job so unfortunately had to postpone indefinitely until finances are back in order. I've now spent nearly 2 months trying to get them to refund my $200 deposit. I have emailed and left several messages, zero response at all whatsoever. I now have to painstakingly go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hoping someone will see this and finally decide to have a shred of professionalism and return my call? Doubtful.
