        Before a left a duvet cover to be altered I explained I could only leave it if they could guarantee to have it ready by Wednesday end of the day, which they confirmed. Wednesday the duvet was not ready and their explanation was that they person who did the work was still in NJ at another job. They said they would call me then she arrived. They never called. I had to buy a new duvet since this was for a house that was rented, and when I went to pick it up there was no apology or compensation offered. The job was well done, but they offer an unreliable service. I wont be coming back.
