The Cakery Fishkill

We chose The Cakery as part of our wedding package from Factoria at Charles Point in Peekskill. Ashley helped us create a delicious cake based on the flavors of an Italian rainbow cookie and we loved it. Even though they forgot our cake decor (faux florals and personalized cake topper) they immediately acknowledged their mistake and offered a wonderful compromise to make it right. We appreciate the candor and service and would recommend them in the future.

The Cakery was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish!! Their take home kit was such a fun spin on cake tasting as we got to mix and match right from the comfort of our own couch. They absolutely nailed the beautiful design we asked for and their flavors cannot be beat!! Our guests are still talking about our funfetti and raspberry jam cake

This is my first time going to this place to get my cake done for my birthday. I'm not happy cause I wanted a sheet cake I have a sheet cake for my birthday every year. And they gave me this ugly cake with the writing all bunched together. I could've did this myself and the price was not worth it, I will never order from them again. That's why they said they couldn't put a picture on it. Sorry looking cake and they want me to feed this cake to 20 people or more are you kidding me.

I ordered four small specialty anniversary cakes, catering to the dynamics of each couple. Ashley was prompt in her communication and spot on with getting the execution correct. Cakes were delicious, including the gluten-free one ordered. Recommended by a friend that lives in Fishkill. Great experience! Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten-free cake!

Came here looking for a edible gift for my realtor. I'm not from the area so it was nice to find this gem. I ended up coming back to get some cake balls for myself and I was so happy that I did. The cake balls were 10/10 and customer service was top tier. One of the reps also told me where I can get dinner which was also 10/10. I will definitely be going back here when I revisit.
