        Cons: Very Old buildings. Paper-thin walls, creaky floors, chipping paint, drafty windows. Constant water & heat issues causing long shut-offs during the day. Hallways smell of weed. Office could care less about concerns, & owners only goal is to be as cheap as possible w/ labor to fix the place, and to raise rents as quickly as possible w/ NO extensive unit upgrades. Its sad to see such a beautiful property go downhill so quickly. Its far from being a premier place to live. Pros: Relatively safe. Beautiful scenery, recycling available. Heat is included, & numbered parking spots *for now*
