The O'Hara Group

My daughter saw a house posted on Zillow that was listed by Michael Jarvi with the OHara group. We texted him and he emailed an application for her to fill out. She filled the application out and we emailed it back to him and I asked him at the time to let me know if that he received the application, I got no response. I reached out again to him asking him if he got the application and again no response. The third time when I reached out I was a little more firm as there is a lot of personal information on the application along with her paycheck Stub was attached to it. Finally, I got a response that he had been very busy and that he did receive the application. He would review it and get back to her or I in approximately 24 hours that was a week and a half ago.!!!! Horrible customer service, ZERO communication skills!!! Never will she do business with this company and whoever does own this company l, you really should look at your employees because they make you look bad.

One of their agents (Maria Honis) has a horrible attitude and lacks customer service skills. She has a "For Sale" sign with her name on it in the front yard of 7583 Highbridge Rd, Manlius, NY,13104. So, obviously I called her to ask for more details on it. She didn't let me get through my first two sentences. Me: Hi, is this Maria? Her: Yes, this is me. Me: Perfect, I am calling about a house you have listed in Manlius, 7583 Highbridge Rd....... here is where I get interrupted by her. Her: No no no no, the sign is not for that property, it is for the Left Field Course property. BYE BYE (yes, two very condescending bye bye) and hangs up on me. I was left questioning why she has her sign in the front yard of a property that is not the one she is selling. Horrible attitude. I feel sorry for the people that listed their property with her, she will scare off any good potential buyers that simple have questions. Picture attached. There is nothing on that sign that points to a different property, so naturally one would think the sign is for the property where the sign stands.
