Kate was the most incredible realtor and my husband and I are so glad we went with her when buying our first home. Being that this was our first experience in buying a home, Kate was instrumental in bringing us up to speed on everything we needed to know and kept us well-informed when it came to the complexities of the ever-changing market. Kate went out of her way to be there for us in the process: she answered all of our questions (even the ridiculous ones) with kindness and clarity, she was constantly checking in with us and helping us move forward in positive directions, she responded to our wants and needs with care, and she was insightful about all of the ins and outs of each home we toured. Kate was also extremely reliable and flexible; she would answer our calls, texts, and emails quickly and effectively and went to great lengths to help us view houses rain, shine, or blizzard (literally). When it came to closing on our home we ran into a few obstacles with the seller, but Kate was a great advocate for us when it came to ensuring everything was in order and helped put us at ease even when faced with challenges. Overall Kate is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, caring, and dedicated and we could not be more thankful for her and her expertise. We are beyond appreciative for all of the work she put in to get us into our dream home and highly recommend her services!

Kate was integral to our home-buying process and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She provided insight that we as first time home buyers would not have had and continued to be indispensable through the closing process, especially when complications arose with other parties. Her attention to detail and follow-ups even after the final paperwork was signed really showed our family how committed she is to ensuring her clients are happy and at-ease in their new home. I don't think I'll personally need her services again for a long time, as she helped us get into a home we can grow into for many years, but if you're just starting your home search or feeling like your current realtor hasn't been as helpful as you'd like, give Kate a call.

Kate Woodruff was our real estate agent.She came highly recommended to us by friends and family. She helped us sell our home and buy a new home.Kate was very accessible and always answered our texts and emails right away.She took the time to understand what we needed and provided different home for us to view until we locked in on what we really wanted.She was patient with us and encouraged us to ask questions.She was thorough in the process of explaining how the search and purchase of a new house would go, as well as selling our house. She was friendly and professional. We are really glad she was our real estate agent. We HIGHLY recommend her and will use her again if we ever look for another property.
