I have been with this dentist for almost ten years and when it was family-owned/family-friendly I could not be happier.  However, ever since they went corporate you are nothing more than a number.  In the past year and a half my appts have been cancelled last minute due to hygienists leaving (and that is after making the appt. six months in advance/taking time off from work) and when you call to reschedule it's very business/corporate feel.  I am sad at this reality but an currently looking for a different practice to move my family.

Had 2 appointments this morning 0730 and 0800 back to back. Im a single father of a son with ADHD so getting ready in the morning can be a challenge. Needless to say I ran a little late, 10 minutes to be exact. They said they would try to get to me but they actually had no plan to do so. Behind the scenes the female supervisor canceled my appointment and adjusted the schedule without telling me while they rushed through my sons cleaning. My appointment was at 0800am, it was just before 0800am that my sons cleaning was finished so why were they telling me I couldnt be seen? When I got back in my car to leave it was 0759am. Unacceptable.

Recently this dental practice changed its policy on X-rays, and after 13 years I was dismissed as a patient since this dentist was too inflexible to listen to my concerns about radiation.  I was happy with his services for 13 years but found my final experience with him troubling.

I, along with my family, have received excellent care from Drs. Procopio and Mckevitt.  Friendly staff and assistants, excellent handling of insurance issues, and prompt scheduling of appointments - especially in emergency situations when you need a dentist TODAY.  I can highly recommend this dental care practice.
