Romano Ford

Horrible place, sold us a used truck with no emergency brake but with a new inspection sticker. They refuse to help with any issues and truck is not safe and not street legal. Will be contacting whoever possible through the state to see how this is considered to be ok to do this to consumers.

We had excellent cutomer service from our sales rep Duane when we ordered our new truck. He stayed on top of the process from start to finish and always got back to us quickly when we had any questions. We highly recommend Duane and Romano Ford for sales and service! We also recently had routine service done and I was completely satisfied with the way I was treated by Requel. She was friendly (smiled as well!), prompt + professional. Getting good customer service is not always a given these days and even just a small comment like "I'll be right with you" can mean a lot. I would highly recommend Romano Ford based on my personal experience.

Just bought my second truck from Romano in 6 months. The experience couldnt have been more pleasant. Especially salesman Duane (aka Dwin) Clark. He is very knowledgeable and such a personality. Makes me wish I needed something else Ford. I wonder if they sell tractors there.
