        Justin is the absolute best! He's informative, knowledgeable, has great communication and reliable! Fair prices, doesn't try to sell you anything you don't truly need. Also explained why I was having the issue I called him for. Now I know what to do and I will be calling him and ONLY him for my annual maintenance.

        Justin was at my home in no time. We had water backing up through the basement shower and toilet. The septic tank was recently pumped so we believed there was a clogged drain somewhere else. Justin quickly determined what and where the clog was - outside -a blocked cesspool and not any of the drains in the house. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He found the trap and septic tank caps when I had no idea where they were. I would call JNM Sewer and Drain again and highly recommend if there is a need.
