Entitled, rude and don't stand for the actual truth. Horrible accrediting agency! Should go through an entire audit because you have to pay to play with these folks!! That's not how getting accredited should work. SHOULD BE SUED AND OUT OF BUSINESS!!

Actually 2.5 stars considering Google Reviews, and the like, had finally provided a new business model which works as societies necessary, unbias competitor. Now let's see if the Better Business Bureau steps up their game by hiring people (not bots) who are genuinely "into it", rather than another department consisting of a few mundane pension plan workers who've have been hired to keep operating costs as close to nothing while remaining profitable. Every reply to these complaints are from bots, now equipped with ChatGPT. No human could sit there all day and hand answer each comment in such an evenly spaced time frame for such an extended amount of time with no breaks. BBB = Business Bureau of Bots.

Renovate Right, Copiague,NY I hired Renovate Right to install my laminate flooring. Ben and Dave arrived on time on the date of the appointment. They worked diligently and completed the job almost a day before expected. The flooring looks beautiful and I couldnt be happier with the results. I would highly recommend them and would enlist their services again if ever needed
