Update: I am changing my rating because they do Fax Your Results to your Doctor. But why don't the Customer Representatives of Enzo tell you that your results will be faxed to your Doctor? Instead they tell you that the computer system is down and that you can't get your results and they are sorry for the inconvenience. original review: Anyone reading this and considering going for Blood work now make sure their computer system is back working or go to another Lab if it still isn't. Their computer system has been down for a week and they have no idea when it is going to be fixed and you cannot get your lab results until they fix the problem. They should be working on this 24/7 and not drawing patients blood until they fix the issue(s).

Their computer system has been down for 2 weeks apparently and not sharing my lab results but they already filed the insurance claim.

I have been trying to get results for over a week. Their portal has been down so myself or myself doctor have not been able to get the results. It had been a week of this. When I called to say I need my results their response was you should have gotten them before our system went down. Never using this company again. UPDATE: I have been following up on my test results for weeks now. I am aware of the system outage. It has been 26 days since I had my labs drawn. I am waiting on very important test results. For your staff to tell my that a month to two months is typical wait time for these tests is not only wrong but neglegant. I am questioning whether or not my tests are valid at this point. If you lost them tell me because at this point I will hold enzo labs responsible for the mishandling of my specimen and results. I have been documenting every name and conversation I have had with staff. I expect to hear from someone today regarding the status of my results.
