Previously I had KV install granite for my kitchen , bath and outside BBQ. All good. This past April they came back and re-sealed the granite for $600. Still all good. Their man Pete offered to cut two corners of my outdoor BBQ granite for free so I could open the smoker door. He said he would return - he never did. I then offered KV money for him or somebody else to make the cuts. The amount of times (5) the owner has lied to me about calling me back and sending someone (who would be getting paid) makes me write this review. They never did. I would never trust them at their word, especially if it is a punch list item. Better to go to another reputable granite fabricator.

This is an update from my last list I never got around to it so I apologize. Irene is the best human being to begin with, but an amazing salesperson/ I think she is the owner's daughter. That aside she helped me with a massive renovation on an extremely large master bath with a tub surround and a huge walk-in closet that I tiled the entire floor and a laundry room.  She also made a one piece surround for my fireplace. She has a huge selection in the showroom. There are so many pictures I just can't post them all. She walked me through every step. She had to fabricate special saddles because this is an old home. Her mechanics and the installers are top notch. Nothing is a problem, she approaches everything from positive place.
