Dr. Im and Kate are the kindest, most compassionate dental providers I have ever met. Whenever its time for a cleaning, I am actually excited to go to the dentist. The office is beautiful and clean, and I truly feel welcomed whenever I enter. I recommend this amazing office to anyone!

I had many questions and concerns prior to visiting. I was told I had several issues at a different dentist, went to this dentist to get alternative opinion. Dr. Im was not only extremely patient in answering all my questions and reassured me that most of the issues seemed minor, but also took notes that she followed up on when I visited 6 months later. THat helped reassure me that Hi-Dental is concerned about patient welfare first and foremost unlike other places that seek to upcharge patients with unnecessary procedures. With regards to the cleanliness, I have gone before and after COVID-the place was immaculate before and after COVID, it felt safer than my own house.
