        Fraudulent practices by managment. Moved to 672 fulton. Smoker building, every couple of weeks plumbing issues. They had me sign the lease by telling wrong parking spot (needed it for old parents) and after 4 months told me to park in the back of the building saying there's no legal documented proof for assigned parking (although there's all communication proof with leasing agent). I pay $3120 plus electricity for 2 bedrooms. Please be careful

        We are moving into our Apartment on Saturday July 1, 2023 and I am writing this more about the experience we had with our Leasing Agent Celeste Jinks. Celeste was outstanding, showing us our available options while being courteous of our price range. She showed us several properties and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. She is a go getter, very quick and effective. She actually took us as walk-ins and I am glad it worked out for both parties.
