This man is so unprofessional and rude. He yelled and cursed at a elderly man and left him barely standing up on a corner. Beware don't trust him around elders!!! I tried contacting management but they never responded!!! I was told the supervisor name Sam would contact me he never did!!!

BEWARE!!! Do not book a ride with this company because they are terrible people who mistreat elderly people. I had a bad experience with this company. First the driver showed up a hour late and did not pick us up from our pickup stop. The driver picked us up far down the street which caused a old 75 year old man who has had a stroke and paralyzed on one side and could barely make it try to walk far down the street with a walker to make it to a very serious appointment concerning his health. The driver cursed and screamed at my client and refused to assist him on the van. He cursed me out and called me all kinds of names. The driver was very aggressive and scared my client. The driver continued to be rude and finally assisted us in the van after about 25 minutes. When we got in the van my client was already late to his appointment. The driver then drove off like he was taking us to the appointment only to call his manager and get out of the car leaving me and my client sitting and waiting another 20-25 minutes. I had to call the cops to get him to take us where we needed to be. I will file a report for elder abuse because it is sad how they treat elder people. The company already has terrible reviews meaning this is normal behavior from them. I repeat do not ride with this company they are horrible!!!!

My Mom had a pick up time for 11:15 am, they never called to confirm, I called them they said they will come in an hour and a half after the fact and they didn't show up till 2:05 in the afternoon. The you call them and they don't care or even empathize with the patient. The level of service and care is atrocious. I highly do not recommend this company.

Everytime this company brings in a patient of mines, I cringe because they wait a long time to get picked up. I wish this company would not exist. They don't even deserve a star. The dispatcher is the worst. One star because google is asking for it

If I could give a zero I would. I do not recommend this company. Agents are rude and hang up on customers. This company was chosen to give my mother a ride to her Pulmonologist. Her health is delicate. She has COPD, carries an oxygen tank, and has poor balance due to Parkinsons. She has her own electrical wheelchair which they refuse to carry down 6 steps. The driver told my mother she had to walk 6 steps down herself and refused to at least lend his arm for support. He stayed far away from my mother and didnt even have the common sense to put the manual wheelchair at the end of the stairs so she can rest. Even when she asked for him to bring the chair closer, he refused. They are evil and horrible people who take pleasure in seeing senior and the sick suffer.
