So thankful that a friend recommended Perinton Tax probably twenty years ago now. Just now, using the annual "tax planner" to collect and send my 2022 docs in like every year. Confident that the filing will be completed electronically, and refund or tax due transferred automatically.

I reached out to Perinton Tax based on the strong reviews to get an appointment to ask some questions about my taxes. Before I could even finish explaining what my basic questions were about, I was cutoff and told "I don't have time to talk to you" and was hung up on. Mind you, this appointment wouldn't have had to be more than 10 minutes for any qualified cpa to give guidance on. I was speechless on the complete lack of customer service. Take your business elsewhere, especially to a place that wants your business and one that has people qualified to answer your tax questions.
