Dave and his team did an amazing custom pool and Spa for our family. Six and a half years ago we purchased our forever home knowing it needed some upgrades and a pool for the kids was top of the list. After doing some research and even visiting several friends and family members with in ground pools, there was one clear choice. The quality and level of customization of Precision Pools was incredible . Dave worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more happy with the results. Thank you to Dave, Jada, Ryan, Jeff, JJ, and the rest of the crew who put in countless hours on our project. We are thrilled with the end result!

From the office staff to the technicians, their entire team is great to work with. They respond to calls and emails very promptly. Precision has really turned around my pool experience. We bought our home in march and I whole heartedly was upset it had a pool but the wife loved the home so we bought it. All my concerns turned out to be true when everything that could go wrong, did. We were grandfathered in with another company (I won't name them out of respect) that handled the pool for the previous owners. That company genuinely didn't seem to care and didn't make us aware of issues, didn't communicate with us, etc... I was genuinely researching filling in the pool and being done with it. My wife convinced me to give another company a try and Precision was able to fit us in. From the very beginning they have been amazing. They will come multiple times a week to make sure the pool is perfect, that the machinery is function properly, let me know if I need to add some water to the pool... so to speak frankly, they do it all. I genuinely love having the pool now and having one has become a luxury instead of a burden. I know they are pretty full clientele wise and were barely able to squeeze us in but if they have an opening you will kick yourself for not jumping on their list. 10/10 would recommend Services: Swimming pool water feature maintenance, General repairs & maintenance, Hot tub test soaking, Swimming pool automation and controls repair

Called to inquire about gunite pool repairs, equipment replacement, etc. Would be a large costly job. Spoke with Jade (sp?) and provided all of my information. She was to speak with service and get back to me. A week later, no return call. Called again and spoke with her mother, the owner Danielle. Gave all of my information again. The entire tone of the call was not customer serving but rather "they will see if the job is good for them". This seems to be the norm in the gunite pool industry - not enough providers for the work and they all think they are doing you a favor. This may very well be a good builder but they need to go to customer service school and learn they are nothing without customers. No customer should need to call twice or provide information twice. EDIT - response to owner's response: No, I would not want you to commit to something you could not do but that does not excuse the behavior I experienced. It's very unprofessional to take a potential customer's information, promise a call back and totally drop the ball. The total attitude of your wife was that if you were interested it was like doing me a favor. If you were not busy and needed the work, I bet the tone would be a lot different. Humility would be a good start for good customer service.
