        Ordered a steak and cheese sub toasted with green pepper and onion. Took a bite was cold on inside. Took it back up had them toast it again was still cold in some spots. I didn't bother to try to toast it again as sub roll was already crispy. If I do go back it won't be for any type of hot sub.

        I've ordered a steak melt twice online and once in store. Each time was wrong. It's supposed to be pressed and have extra cheese... I was hoping that the issue was with me ordering online, but today I asked what the difference was between the normal and the melt and she said she didn't know and that they were the same... I guess she didn't see the sign near the register that said they charge $2 more for a melt. Nothing but attitude, though she treated my wife with respect. As others have noted, my steak was cold. Super depressing experience and will not be back to any of this franchisee's locations. If anyone plans on using a footlong coupon, avoid this place. They do not honor those coupons.

        How are we going to come over here to order a meatball sub with only provolone and not even have it warmed, wait in line for 10 minutes, get ignored by the girl making the sandwiches just to be told by the one lady they had to shut down 10 minutes. Literally, there was only me and a guy in line!!! I've NEVER had an issue with this one before but how we were treated and how it was handled was disgusting!!!!
