2023 update: Second time working with Lori was just as amazing as the first. This time as the sellers. They say you can't time the market, but Lori seems to have a sixth sense. She recommended a pretty aggressive timeline to prep our house for sale but we pulled it off and it absolutely paid off when we sold for top dollar. Lori put in a ton of effort, not only with the photos, listing, and open house but also giving us tips for high value repairs and decluttering. Moving out of state and working with a new realtor has really put into perspective how great Lori is. If we ever move back to the area we will only work with her.

Lori brought a buyer to a property I was selling on behalf of my family's estate. She was very sensitive to the situation but was definitely an advocate for her buyer. The process became a little complicated, but her patience and continued facilitation of the process made the transaction much easier for everyone. I would highly recommend Lori and hope to work with her again in the future.
