While in Florida a couple winters ago I had a pipe freeze and burst in my bathroom that caused significant damages by the time we got home. Since then I hired Peace of mind home property managers to watch over my home and cottage while I'm back and forth to Florida throughout the year. Since day one, Sam has exceeded my expectations and given me peace of mind. Not only do they visit my homes weekly, but they make sure they look lived in whether shoveling snow off sidewalks, picking up fallen branches, bringing in deliveries, trash containers, etc. Since then I found their additional services invaluable time savers, which include meeting service people at the house, taking my car for oil changes, inspections, and anything else I need. I would highly recommend peace of mind home property managers to anyone that travels and wants peace of mind while away or wants to have more time to enjoy life.
