Not sure what your issue was with the plowing or the time period you are referring to, but last season had very little snow and is the only reason our customers didn’t see us much. Are you sure you have the right company? We would be more than willing to work with you to correct any issue if you were one of our customers.

I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the service we are providing. I’m not sure how to better this situation since a lot of it seems to stem between neighbors and we are trying to do our best to clean up the lawn and make it look good for our customer and the neighborhood. They have been customers since 2020 and don’t recall any issues until last year. We have extensive notes on the customer we take care of to address the concerns you have brought up in the past. The crew that was on the property was very familiar with the property and your concerns. They are very experienced and are well aware of how to use a mower. The technician had a discussion and made the decision to continue the job and end the conversation because he wanted to make sure it didn’t escalate. He did his job as he is supposed to, even making additional passes along the property line to give and even larger buffer for any debris that will blow around due to the wind. We have pictures of your driveway and there was no Harly or 64 Merc present and the garage was closed. The machines go about 5-7 mph and they are meant to go that speed based on the speed of the blades. Obviously that changes depending on weather conditions and how thick or long the lawn is. When the grass is very long, the only way to deal with it is to raise the deck. That being said, we normally cut around 3.5” so we raise it an inch or two. It can’t expose the blades as they are fixed to the deck itself. So you raise and lower the deck and blades together.I understand the issue with dying ash trees and they can be a liability, but that isn’t something we deal with. We do what we are hired for and we aren’t a tree removal company. Your issue with your neighbor and the town is exactly that and not with us and we shouldn’t be included in that.As a business we do care about the dollar and making a profit, but we are successful because we provide services that people need, want and we do it well and work hard to make our customers happy every day. We always preach that we aren’t perfect, but we are trying every day and where we fell short somewhere, we are going to learn from it! Lastly you referenced tons of bad reviews (we have a 4.5 rating out nearly 400 reviews) and that somehow the bad ones are hidden. As much as we would love that, we don’t control it and we understand that we can’t make everyone happy and we can always get better….so we learn from those. That being said, you reference another company in our review. A person who is a criminal and has gotten in trouble for swindling people out of money. They are and never have been connected to our company. Your complaint about some clipping on your property is a far cry from connecting us to a company who is literally committing a crime. This review is over the top.
