People! I am no authority on anything outside my skills sets however, this is the bar! This is the standard! This is the mark of excellence that is rarely spoken of, yet constantly sought out by the true elite. Not the famous, Not the loudest, Not the richest, nor the typical everyday consumer. This is one on one over the top, honest, no pitches, original customer service at its natural very best! If you are anything like me you would be willing to pay more just for the individual time, concerns, considerations, and time spent to make sure I understand not just what I am aware of but other things that may suite my life and where Im headed more practically. If you have been treated unfairly hell if youre simply not Happy with your insurance call this man!!! Mike is the Truth!!! Youll look forward to paying your insurance because ya just dont find or receive this kind of service. I said all that to share the genuine truth. Now this is for the other folks if ya just interested in saving money call Mike. He saved me $2200 annually!!! Bottom line. No brainer. Be blessed all.

Mike was very thorough and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions and in the end was able to set us up with home owners and auto policies that saved us a bunch of money. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I have been corresponding via email with Michael Carbone for a couple of days now. I've been with Allstate for over a decade and half and hadn't really shopped around since. Michael not only expeditiously responds to email queries, but even takes the time to answer "what if" circumstances pricing for my daughter who is not even 16 yet, but I wanted to get a feel for what the premium hike I can expect. I wrote several different scenarios with different vehicles priced into the equation from a 15 year old Camry to a 2023 Tesla Model Y. Michael did not hesitate in giving me a quote with all scenarios I sent him. He could have easily stated when the time arrives and she receives her license at the end of the year we'll visit these questions then. He did NOT take the lazy way out. I'm going to be calling him on Monday 02/11/2022 to seal the deal. The rates he has quoted for Home, Auto and Umbrella are much better than Allstate. The ballpark rates he quoted for my daughter when she is old enough were fairly reasonable even for a Tesla. He is dedicated to his profession and takes pride in his chosen occupation. He is cordial and personable. He took the time to individually answer multiple questions in every paragraph I wrote. His explanations were concise, easy to understand and direct. If I required further clarifications of his answers, he hastily responded. It is such a pleasure to deal with someone who is totally on point and cares!
