What a remarkable place this is to live AND everything about it is first-class wonderful, from the builder right down to the folks who live here. We had no intention of building a new condo until our home in Rochester burned (while we were out of town). Suddenly we had no house, no furniture and were faced with decisions, decisions, decisions. We looked into our choices throughly and decided to have a condo built here at Arbor Ridge. The whole experience with Pride Mark, the builders, has been totally remarkable. From the start, we were personally introduced to the people who would be working on our project---from the President right down to the primary staff---and at our first roundtable meeting we were encouraged to call these people by their first names. We were made to feel like we were a part of a team and that felt good!!! Choosing each of the elements that went into our condo was easy; we used Inde designers (recommended by Pride Mark) and the advice we received from the talented, friendly,helpful employees simplified each step. Now that I am living here (my husband passed away before we moved in), my every need has been met by my kind, interesting, fascinating neighbors together with the excellent support team of experienced workmen employed by Pride Mark. The delightful club house here serves a spot for a variety of groups to meet, resulting in providing both a common, safe, place to make new friends easily and exposure to the programs that take place there. The wildlife that abound in our forever wild surroundings brings peace and quiet to this lovely setting. I've said enough. I love it here and Pride Mark has more than met my expectations.
