McKenna's Kitchen & Bath

When I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote for work done to be done on my house. I was told I wouldn't be charged a service fee to have someone come out and look at it. Low and behold, they just left my house charging me a $60 fee just to show up. Total bill was $259 for them to just look at it because they charged an hour's labor (which i agreed to when they were here). The show up fee in my opinion should've been included. Mind you nothing got fixed. They now want me to have someone else come out and look at it to completely replace the shower (which i would've been more inclined to do if this interaction had been different) but he's telling me this guy won't charge for the show up fee to look at it. Not really sure i can trust that given that I heard that before.

my feedback is on repairs only. I have always used McKenna's when possible for the mundane to replacing of Water heaters. I have found that I always receive quality in parts and the repairs. I have also found the team to be patient and honest. Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Repair water fixtures, Faucet repair, Garbage disposal repair

We have a modest kitchen that had been waiting many years for an update -- we wanted it done once and done right. Jim was very helpful with the design, and we'd like to acknowledge the skill of George, Devon, Dennis, and Mike in making it happen. Everyone was responsive and patient with questions. We're very happy with the end result.

I went to McKennas in search of brushed brass/gold shower heads after being disappointed in the selection/service at Home Depot/Lowes. Everyone was so nice-from speaking with someone on the phone regarding general service/hours to being helped personally by the knowledgeable staff who truly went above and beyond. They carry beautiful vanities, plumbing fixtures, tileeverything you can think of for a bathroom (or kitchen!) and much higher quality than the chains. Visiting a local business like McKennas was a fantastic decision and I will definitely be back! I would happily recommend them.
