She called me a liar when I told her how much my insurance paid! I am very lucky to have an extremely generous policy. I even gave her my other Chinese doctor's name so she could check how much they got paid. She refused to talk to the insurance company. She said accepted my insurance, then changed her mind. Then again said ok, then said no. Could not make up her mind. Very rude and very sad. Only contacted her because my current Dr. is retiring. I will look elsewhere. I don't need to be insulted.

I visited Ancient Acupuncture& Chinese Herbs recently, and met with Dr. Shang and Dr. Fang. They are both very professional, extremely kind and caring. They made me feel comfortable immediately. I have some back pain and a tight shoulder. After a few treatments with Dr. Shang, I feel so much better and can move around much easily. Dr. Shang has medical training in both western and traditional Chinese medicine. This unique experience made him so knowledgeable and able to connect to his patients with different backgrounds. Highly recommended!

Professional, intelligent, listens without judgment and unbelievably caring are all words to describe the care you receive from Jin Fang and Xue cheng Shang. I have suffered from severe allergies, arthritis pain and chronic debilitating migraines for most of my life and where Western medicine has failed me, the holistic treatments of Jin Fang has stepped in and turned my health around. Incredibly knowledgeable, very professional and caring practice that has helped me even after the first visit. I have dealt with severe allergies as well as multiple chronic illnesses for my whole life and the medications Ive found to work for them always come with intense side effects. After only two weeks of switching to herbs and trying acupuncture, I have found the same relief without any of the unwanted side effects. I highly recommend you give them a try!
