I would not recommend this company to anyone, and heres why. The owner said she could get our taxes done before April 15th. It was long passed April 15th, and we didnt hear anything from her, so we called the office, her secretary said they would get it done the next Monday. Monday passed, nothing. We called again, and they said they would get to it during the weekend. Again, we heard nothing from them. We called again, the owner said she had filed an extension for us. After a month, we contacted the owner again, she said it would be done by next Thursday. Thursday passed, nothing. Let me cut it short, she kept promising us that she would get it done by a certain day, but she had never kept her promises, and she definitely did not have us on her mind. I understand that everyone has a life, and things do happen. Its okay to inform your client ahead of time that you need more time to get things done, it is okay to apologize to your client that you are backlogged, and it is okay to explain your predicament to your client. But it is not okay to make empty promises, it is not okay to let your client hang there and not knowing whats going on with their stuff, and it is not okay to show little to no care for your client. I dont mind if it takes you over 3 months to do it, as least let us know, and be honest with us, and tell us ahead of time if you need more time. No one likes to feel uninformed, neglected, and disrespected. This is not the service that we want to pay for.

We came here at the recommendation of a friend. Once we delivered all necessary paperwork we never heard from them. My husband called on tax day (today) to see what was going on, as we hadn't heard anything nor signed off on paperwork. He was told they were filing for an extension...ON THE DAY these are due! This puts a delay on my return and the lack of communication is beyond unprofessional. They have had this for over a month. We have had our taxes done with the United Way and Family Enrichment in the past and we were done in less than 2 hours. We will never come back here again. Also, the organization and cleanliness of the office was disgusting.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Long story short it's June 27th and we JUST got our taxes back when we dropped the off March 1st.

DO NOT GO HERE! It has been 2 months and taxes are past due, i have called 4 times. My calls have not been returned, my taxes have not been done! Never ever go here! Very unprofessional to say the least.
