Gault Auto Sport BMW

My wife and I have purchased many vehicles from Gault over the years, and have always had excellent sales and service experiences. Our recent purchase of a new X4 was no different, and although it was the first time we had met John Dimon, he and Mike (who had sold as previous vehicles) made the process comfortable and seamless. John was ready and willing to explain the differences between the vehicles we looked at, answered all our questions, and asked good questions as well. He was genuinely interested in us, and not just the process. We will certainly be back to Gault, back to see John, and happy to recommend him specifically to our friends. A 5 star experience all the way!

I went to Gault Auto Sport in early November of 2023 to look at a BMW X5 I talked to Bogdan Bogey Khomych the salesmen and we hit it off right away. He was very patient and helped me order the X5, he continued to be extremely friendly and helpful. He informed me when the car was being built and when it was shipped. He called me with the date and time I could get my new car. When I picked my car up he sat with me and set up my new features, he was very patient. I came back once with a question and he was right there for me. I had to bring my X5 back for some maintenance and the service was fantastic Alicia Crispell was the lady in service who helped me and answered my questions, she was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and helpful. The X5 has been fantastic. I also have a 2019 X3 and every December when I bring it in for service Robert Shea in service has always been very helpful. I am very pleased with Gault Auto Sport, I will be purchasing a new X3 for my wife in a couple of years. I appreciate everything everyone has done for me. Sincerely Mark Rollo

My family has been buying cars through Gault for years, and have always had great experiences. Mike and George go out of their way consistently to take care of us, and my latest purchases have not been any different. Just an example, had a flat tire on delivery of my latest car, nail from the shop, but they were quick to swap tires and had it ready again within an hour. Will be buying from them for years to come!

While traveling to Ithaca,New York I hit a pothole which caused a blowout . I googled the dealership closest to where I was visiting, and it was Gault. The friend that I was visiting also has a bmw and was looking for a dealership. I thought this is perfect . I called first thing Monday morning to make sure they had my tire. And they did ! Im thinking this is awesome! When I called to make an appointment , I let them know that I had a tire package ( which means tire replacement is free). I get to there with the car a little before noon . I was informed everyone goes to lunch at that 12 . No worries there is a shuttle that will take us to grab something to eat. This is great! The shuttle comes back for us about 1:30 . We walk into the service center and the car is ready. One problem. There was a rubber strip hanging from the bumper. It was hanging when the car was towed in . Im thinking they will see it and pop it back on. It didnt require any tools to fix , just use of your hand. The service advisor suggested that I could pop it back on. The service shop is located in a different building. We told her that we would wait. And we did. It took all of five minutes. At that moment I was informed how much the tire cost. Remember I have the tire package. I was told they had no knowledge of my tire package. It was suggested that I reach out to my third party provider and maybe they would reimburse me. I didnt understand. All it required was a simple phone call to straighten out the situation. After all of that there was a difference of $6.50. Heres where the petty comes into play my husband puts $7.00 on the desk . I have $0 deductible. I pay nothing! They actually kept the $7. The over all experience was not warm and friendly but cold indifferent. I would not suggest this dealership to anyone! Im 6 bwms in. If I had received this treatment any other time it would have been my last !

terrible customer service. Would bother buying here . They dont give proper customer care and dont communicate properly. I have the worst experience with service each time .
