We needed to install new faucets in very old sinks. PLP expertly guided us through the whole experience, including suggesting how to choose new faucets and helping establish contingency plans (e.g., if the tile cracks or the new faucets dont fit the old sinks). The entire experience was great. I recommend PLP for their expertise and care. Service: Faucet installation

PLP is to be commended on their service. I called on a Monday evening, and since it wasn't an emergency, they had someone at my house the very next day. The office staff even helped me out by telling me that it wasn't an emergency which saved me an emergency fee. When the plumber got to my house, he gave me several options, and we were able to choose the right option for us. Keep up the stellar work! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

We have had a bad experience every step of the way with PLP Plumbing and Heating - from the overpriced initial installation (the Insinkerator was wildly overpriced for the model given) to all subsequent communication. We were told there would be a follow up to many of our questions during the visit; however, nothing has been followed up on. Since then, we have been ignored and been unable to get in touch with anyone. We contacted them on July 25th, 2023 and was told, "after an emergency they would get back to us"; however, no one followed up. We then followed up a month later on August 21st, 2023 and there was no response to that inquiry. Furthermore, the Insinkerator system we got installed came with the stock faucet that does not have the "Stay-On" function for the cold water and the pivotable head. We were charged $743.43 for the Insinkerator system we got installed, but the exact same model retails for $450. Whats worse, the plumber that came to install the system took our more premium Insinkerator faucet head (valued at $350+) instead of installing it (it is backwards compatible with all Insinkerator instant hot water systems). So not only were we overcharged by a large amount, our premium Insinkerator faucet was also taken without our permission. The lack of communication and the poor service is what prompted me to write this review.
