        We stayed at the Clarion a year ago and had very good food there. We stayed there again on Fri 4/5 and had a different experience. The chicken dinner my husband had lacked any seasoning and the chicken could not be cut with a knife and fork. It was so over cooked it appeared it was microwaved. He ate none of it. Now we are restaurant people from the Utica area and my husband works as a cook so you know the difference when chicken is over done. Also you don't let something that bad leave the kitchen. The waiter never came back to check on us or get drink refills. He just kept talking to the customers sitting at the bar. He did take the meal off the bill for us but we will not return after that experience.
