David Coric- Stress Free Real Estate

What a great experience selling my commercial building on NF blvd. I had listed with a different agent for 6 month prior to listing with David Coric. What a difference in how my building was listed. David had a professional camera crew take pictures of my building inside and out. He arranged outside pictures with a drone and an inside virtual tour that really was amazing and provided the viewer with a very realistic experience of being at the property. He was always there to answer my phone calls. If he wasn't available he would text me a call back time. Its easy to see why its called Stress Free Real Estate - Davids calmly confident, easy going demeanor made the task of selling my Moms house, uhh, stress free! He also works with capable people, from the awesome photographer, virtual stager, and his administrative assistant, I was kept fully informed throughout the process. My Moms house got a ton of exposure and sold fast at above asking price. I highly recommend David - he was very professional as well as a pleasure to do business with.
