        Sam was indeed very professional, personable, and knowledgeable when he came to clean out our woodstove. However, in two years, he canceled and rescheduled five times. The last time, I had had it when the lady who handles the scheduling told me it was going to be another month. So, if you can actually get him to appear at your house, you're good to go. But good luck with that.

        Horrible service. This guy has no idea what he’s doing had to call Mark at all in the family to come repair his work. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. Give Mark a call at All in The Family for better quality and service!
