For estate consultants they seemed to be so knowledgeable to tell me I was doing things the wrong way. It started on the phone I had a conversation saying I wanted to sit down and talk with them with my items (which were a lot as mentioned and showed photos) I knew some things were worth stuff and others were just not worth anything, as they showed up they just seemed overwhelmed maybe? After talking about appraisals and lawyers and accountants to get things done the right way they just didn't seem my things were worth their time, "it would be a waste of money", "I've sold thousands and thousands of things this is my experienced field" were some of the things told to me, after telling them money wasn't an option, they just seemed to have lost interest. After telling them they were in competition with other estate consultants they just wanted out the door, "We are the last call to make, when your done with that then give us a call". I have no idea what these people do but they did not want to sit down and do anything with me, I'm obviously not worth their time as they also stated "time is money, there is too much here to go through". For estate consultants they certainly shined a flashlight on a lot of my things, but didn't want to have an intellectual conversation, or competition for that matter. I wasn't even given a ballpark amount for my estate. Would not recommend, too busy for a competitive market I guess.
