Over the past year I had 2 medical emergencies. Dr. Sullivan saw me the same day I called. His advice and treatments were impeccable. His staff too was always kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan as a primary care physician.

Office staff is incompetent, messed up my appointments and/or prescriptions every time. I complained about this to Mack and he began SCREAMING at me. I was stunned. He was coming at me and being intimidating. He was so enraged he began jumping up and down in front of the desk. He called me names and was insulting me and my life. I wish I got him on video but he was bearing down on me and I thought he was going to hit me. I SWEAR this is true. I would have called the police on him but I don't want the blowback and I am afraid he would come after me. I never witnessed that kind of episode. and especially not from a doctor.

Horrible service. I had an appointment for 930am. Called at 830am to confirm. I was waiting for 1 hour. Walk ins came in and were seen before me. The doctor came out the office, saw me and completely disregarded me. The receptionist did nothing. He let all that happen and did nothing. Terrible, please do not go to him. He will waste your time and hard earn money!!!!

I don't even know where to begin. Every month I have an issue having my scripts sent over that I can't be without. I have on several occasions gone through severe withdrawal due to me calling every day and never being sent In. The nurse practitioner is beyond rude. I broke my wrist and had to wait several weeks for a referral for an orthopedic. An orthopedic that was recommended and I wasn't even given a cast. Now, I have a wrist that did not heal properly all because my insurance made is mandatory I see my primary for a referral first. (I had to email the office 3 times with a list of orthopedics covered under my plan) I also may have a tumor in my brain (caused by my hormones in my pituitary gland) not only was my chart not looked at during my last visit for a physical (I had a MRI last year) but wasn't told how much my levels elevated or how urgent it was for me to have a repeat MRI and/or what the next steps are. I may never been able to have children and the Doctor could care less. I was told the doctor would contact me. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm walking around suffering with a condition.also, it doesn't matter how many emails or messages you send, no one will call you back. Don't recommend!
