        If there is a review you will read, LET IT BE THIS ONE! This is my second time visiting Definition of Beauty and let me tell you.. I left just as happy as I did the first time.. OBSESSED with Mandalena and her services. The customer service here is incredible along with the treatments themselves. Post Covid it is very hard to be treated with respect as a client. Im so happy my search brought me to this spot. My first visit was for a Brazilian with hard wax (first timer ) and she made sure I was very comfortable throughout the entire appt. Such a clean space and she was so pleasant to talk to. She has such an honest, knowledgeable and calm aura that really makes you trust her immediately. The process itself was so easy and so much fun (didnt think youd ever read about a wax being fun huh ). The experience was amazing and from there I really wanted to see what other services she offered. This lead me to a microdermabrasion facial with a hydro jelly mask. Ive never had one done and post baby - my skin really needed it. I put my skin in her hands and I am HOOKED. Blackheads???? I do not know herrr, she is gone and out of town thank you to Mandalena!!!! My facial left me walking out of her office like I drank 64 cups of water and a whole week of sleep. Best part of it all was that I could ask her questions about trends and how to treat my skin and she answered everything honest and personal to my skin concerns. All in all, I will forever be a customer to this spa. Customer service today isnt what it used to be and being a client of Mandalena I feel so respected and in good, caring hands. So lucky my search brought me to her.
