Had a very bad experience with this law firm. The closing took forever almost had to get extension on my loan rate because it was expiring. Definitely Dont recommend working with Jennifer.

We hired Jen to act as our attorney and protect our interests when we closed on our first mortgage. She was paid to the tune of, if I recall, $750, maybe more. Long story short, she made an error in the closing docs ... the buyer and seller both put money into escrow for a necessary repair on an fha loan and the remaining funds were supposed to be evenly distributed after repair, but in the end all funds went back to seller. I have the signed contract stating it was supposed to be split between buyer and seller from my realtor, but Jen failed to record this in our closing documents. While I understand that people make mistakes, and while Jen was initially pleasant via email when I brought this to her attention, she ghosted me and ignored my multiple emails after she realized the error she made. Not cool, not recommended.
