We would like to thank your entire team!
Our initial conversation was with Michael who clearly explained the process of installing a generac generator.
On February 20th Justin, Jason, Chris and Brandon arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. . I want to thank them for making this a low stress day for us! They were so friendly and very careful in our home. When the installation was complete, Brandon gave us the binder and important operational instructions at the generator site and also in the basement (which, by the way, was left cleaner than it was when they arrived ). We couldn't be happier and definitely recommend Home Power Systems.

Greg came from the East Syracuse office to perform an annual maintenance service on my home generator. He called ahead and was on time. He was extremely efficient and thorough in his service visit and explained in detail everything he had done. All systems checked out. As an added plus, the cost of next years service contract remains the same as this year.

The HPS team did a great job! Professional, friendly, neat, organized and explained everything. Whole experience from initial contact to installation was excellent. Everyone arrived on time and finished on time. All the details were handled by HPS. I appreciated a wide choice of generator brands and options to choose from. Rusty, who visited our home to provide an estimate helped us understand everything clearly. The electrical code inspector who examined our install told me that he has never had an HPS job fail one of his inspections and he had done over 200 of them! Before and after installation images attached. We have had two annual generator services that were a complimentary part of our purchase. Each technician was thorough, friendly and professional. Can't say enough positive about the HPS organization!
