Justin is an excellent trainer. He takes pride in helping you reach your goals. His workouts are creative and are appropriately crafted to get the most out of you. We rarely repeat exercises, so you are constantly stressing new areas of your body. He works with all ages and abilities. He also creates a friendly atmosphere within the gym. I can say that I have met some wonderful people throughout my time at the gym. He fosters a team like energy, that makes you want to show up and do your best! I recommend Just In Shape without reservation. Keep up the good work!

Not your typical gym, sooo much better then any gym Ive ever been in .Just in shape is a must try you will not be disappointed , trust the process. Justin is an amazing trainer and will definitely kick your butt and get you in shape . Trust me you must give it a whirl !!!!

Big, open space with lots of top-notch equipment. Skilled trainer who gets results. Great gym for all ages!
